Guide to good practice from UNESPA

UNESPA tend to edit some guides to good practice recommendation to consumers for the sake of transparency of the companies in the process leading to the hiring of the policy. In any case I tried to find on the website of Unespa the repository of these documents as well as a list of companies that have joined this initiative and the truth is that I had not been possible, I think that they should be leading the companies who will be joining these initiatives as they are a good guarantee of Home for the consumer.
